For their dream Maui destination wedding venue, Jina and Andrew chose the stunning gardens at the Mauka Lani Estate on Maui’s west side. The bright blooming bougainvillea was the perfect backdrop for a day that radiated romance. Photographer Daniel Kim captured the beauty flawlessly and Maui wedding planner, Maui’s Angels Destination Weddings & Events, created stunning details to make this couples dream wedding a reality!
Jina and Andrew’s wedding was extremely romantic, as they had recently reunited when Andrew returned from deployment with the United States Air Force. While Andrew was away, Jina was focused on planning the wedding, as well as their upcoming move to Georgia for Andrew’s next deployment – no small feat! They turned to Maui’s Angels as their Maui wedding coordinator to help execute their wedding from start to finish.
Their Hawaii destination wedding was an intimate affair with a touch of rustic and tons of romance – just as Jina and Andrew had envisioned it. The florals by Sunya’s Flowers were a gorgeous combination of peonies, white David Austin garden roses and pops of lavender freesia.
Beautiful vintage style bistro chairs and wood tables added to the elegant rustic feel of the wedding. Guests who had traveled from as far away as Korea were greeted by gorgeous custom name cards at their seats created by Miss B Calligraphy.
The delicious menu by Sugar Beach Events was displayed and served in elegant and unique ways throughout the evening from the cocktail reception through dinner, while Cake Fanatics created a fabulously sweet ending to the meal.
After dinner, guests were treated to a traditional Hawaiian fire knife show before dancing the night away under the stars. Congratulations Jina & Andrew!
